- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair unless they are faulty or incorrect.

- If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

- Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the item is returned in its original, unused condition.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

At Ora Raw Hair, we aim to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. All orders are shipped exclusively with Royal Mail, and delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Options

We offer the following Royal Mail services:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Fast, tracked delivery with updates throughout the journey.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – Fully tracked priority service guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day.

Shipping times and prices will be shown at checkout based on your selection.

Pre-Order Items

Products listed as out of stock are available to pre-order.
Pre-order items will be processed and shipped within 14 days from the date of purchase. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
